Massage Therapy.

Massage is a targeted manual technique used to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, and enhance circulation. It supports tissue healing, improves mobility, and prepares the body for rehabilitation. At FlexiConnect Physio we tailor each massage therapy to your condition and goals.

Sports Taping.

Sports taping supports muscles and joints, helping prevent injury and aid recovery. It can reduce pain and swelling, improve posture, and enhance movement. Taping also promotes stability during activity. It’s tailored to what your body needs, whether for sport or everyday support.

Spinal Manipulations / Mobilisations.

These hands-on techniques restore spinal movement and reduce discomfort. Mobilisation uses slow, controlled movements, while manipulation involves precise, quick thrusts. Both aim to ease stiffness and improve mobility. Currently we do not use manipulations of the cervical spine.

Exercise Prescription.

Exercise prescription means designing a bespoke physio plan to build strength, improve flexibility, and get you moving better. It helps you recover from injury, stay mobile, and avoid future problems. Your plan is made to fit your goals and what feels right for you.

Cupping Therapy.

Cupping therapy is a manual technique used to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote healing. Suction is applied using cups to gently lift the skin and underlying tissues. It helps relieve pain, enhance mobility, and support recovery. Used alongside other therapies for optimal results.

Your bespoke physio plan is all about you—mapping out the best steps to help you recover and reach your goals. It includes an overview of your injury / condition and session details, plus exercises, and advise tailored just for you. It’s your go-to guide to stay on track and progress to feel like you again!
